摘　　要：在市场规模和容量不断扩大的大好形势下,定制家居行业连续多年蓬勃发展的繁荣景象戛然而止,大量企业业绩不佳、市值缩减、利润下滑、裁员、停产、倒闭……陷入少有的严冬至暗中。正确面对疫情冲击和地产流动性不佳的影响,快速找到行业及企业良性发展的突围之路,每一个定制家居从业人员必须认真慎重地思考。Under the favorable situation of expanding market scale and capacity, the prosperity ofcustomized home furnishings industry in 2022, which has been booming for many years in succession, comes toan abrupt end. A large number of enterprises had poor performance, reduced market value, declined profits,layoffs, production stoppages, and bankruptcies. They are trapped in a rare winter. How to correctly face theimpact of epidemic and poor real estate liquidity, and quickly find a way to the benign development of theindustry and enterprises, every customized home furnishing employee must think carefully.
