摘　　要：青年失业问题是世界各国政府共同面临的难题。放眼全球,青年都是面临失业的主要群体,各国青年失业率普遍都大幅高于成年人。近些年来,中国的青年失业问题开始显现,并已成为我国就业和再就业工作的主要对象。本文以全球背景下各国青年失业问题为研究对象,分析国际与国内青年就业的形势与影响,并结合相关理论以及各国政府青年就业促进政策加以深入分析,在立足中国实际国情的基础上借鉴其中的有益经验,以期对缓解青年就业压力有所启示。Youth unemployment is a common problem faced by governments all over the world.Across the globe,young people are the main group facing with unemployment,and the youth unemployment rate is actually much higher than that of adults in various countries.In recent years,the problem of youth unemployment is particularly prominent in China with young people being targeted in the work of employment and reemployment.This paper takes the youth unemployment in various countries under the global background as the research object,analyzes the situation and impact of youth unemployment at home and abroad and deepening the analysis by combining relevant theories and government policies on youth employment promotion,and learns from the useful experience based on China's national conditions with the aim to find some enlightenment to ease the pressure on youth employment in China.
