秦皇岛典型海域海洋垃圾污染现状与防治对策

摘　　要：海洋垃圾造成的环境污染问题日益受到广泛关注。秦皇岛典型海域海洋垃圾监测结果表明:海滩中小块垃圾密度为224 kg/km^(2)和280万个/km^(2);海滩大块垃圾密度为42.251 02 kg/km^(2)和5 297个/km^(2);海面漂浮垃圾密度为0.0161 9 kg/km^(2)和810个/km^(2);海滩垃圾来源于人类海岸活动、吸烟用品、航运∕捕鱼活动、其他弃置物和医疗∕卫生用品5个方面,海漂浮垃圾来源于人类海岸活动和航运∕捕鱼活动2个方面。建议进一步强化环保意识教育,加强海洋垃圾污染立法,建立健全海洋垃圾防治监管体系和加大海洋垃圾科研投入与示范应用等防治对策。Environmental pollution has been widely concerned.The monitoring results of marine debris in typical sea areas of Qinhuangdao show that the density of small pieces of debris on the beach is 224 kg/km^(2) and 2800000 pieces/km^(2);the density of large pieces of debris on the beach is 42.25102 kg/km^(2) and 5297 pieces/km^(2);The density of garbage is 0.01619 kg/km^(2) and 810 pieces/km^(2);the beach garbage mainly comes from five aspects,including human coastal activities and smoking supplies,and the floating garbage in the sea comes from two aspects:human coastal activities and shipping/fishing activities.The suggestion is that the education of environmental pro-tection awareness should be further strengthened,and the prevention and control countermeasures such as strengthening the legislation of marine garbage pollution,establishing and perfecting the supervision system of marine garbage prevention and control,and increasing the investment in sci-entific research and demonstration application of marine garbage should be put forward.
