摘  要:在梯度凝固法晶体生长中应用磁场可以有效提高溶质分布的均匀性,改善生长界面的形貌。主要综述了在VGF法或VB法晶体生长中应用磁场的研究进展,包括行波磁场、旋转磁场和交变磁场的产生原理,以及三种磁场在熔体中形成的对流模式和对晶体生长的影响。提出了三种磁场各自的优势和在实际晶体生产上的应用前景。The application of magnetic field in crystal growth by gradient solidification can effectively improve the uniformity of solute distribution and improve the morphology of growth interface.In this paper,the research progress of the application of magnetic field in VGF or VB crystal growth is reviewed,including the generation principle of traveling wave magnetic field,rotating magnetic field and alternating magnetic field,as well as the convection mode of three kinds of magnetic fields in the melt and their influence on crystal growth.The advantages of the three kinds of magnetic fields and their application prospects in actual crystal production are discussed.
