摘  要:通过3,4,5-三(甲氧基乙氧基乙氧基)苯甲酸与炔丙基胺的反应,合成了3,4,5-三(甲氧基乙氧基乙氧基)-N-炔丙基苯甲酰胺,用1H NMR谱和ESI-MS确定了产物结构;并研究了三种溶剂(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、四氢呋喃和二氯甲烷)对目标产物产率的影响;用紫外-可见分光光度计研究了产物的温度响应性能。结果表明,采用二氯甲烷为溶剂时,产物的产率最高,为81.36%;产物具有温度响应性,其低临界溶液温度(LCST)随产物浓度的增加而降低。3,4,5-tri(methoxyethoxyethoxy)-N-propargyl benzamide was synthesized by the reaction of 3,4,5-tri(methoxy ethoxy)benzoic acid with propargylamine.Its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR spectrum and ESI-MS.The effects of three solvents(N,N-dimethylformamide,tetrahydrofuran and dichloromethane)on the yield of the target product were studied.The thermoresponsive property of the target product was studied by UV visible spectrophotometer.The results showed that the highest yield of the product was 81.36%when the dichloromethane was used as solvent.Moreover,and the product was thermoresponsive.The lower critical solution temperature(LCST)of the product decreased with the increase of its concentration.
