摘  要:利用自动电位滴定仪与化学滴定法检测了硝酸铁含量,探究了自动电位滴定仪测试硝酸铁方法的可行性。自动电位滴定仪测试法主要利用滴定过程中指示电极电位的变化来判断终点,方便简洁,但稳定性稍差;而常用的化学滴定使用EDTA标准溶液手工滴定硝酸铁溶液到指示终点并计算其含量,测试结果稳定准确,但显色不明显,对滴定人员要求较高。该研究结果显示,自动电位滴定法与化学滴定法测试数据具有良好的一致性,批量性测试可减少人工操作误差。In this paper,the automatic potentiometric titrator and chemical titrator are used to test the content of iron nitrate in order to explore the accuracy of the automatic potentiometric titrator test method for iron nitrate.The automatic potentiometric titrator test method mainly uses the change of the indicator electrode potential to determine the end point during the titration process,which is convenient and simple,but slightly poor in stability;For chemical titration,EDTA standard solution is used to manually titrate iron nitrate solution to the indicated end point and calculate its content.The test results are stable and accurate,butthe color is not obvious,and the requirements for titrators are high.The results show that auto matic potentiometric titrator was in good agreement with the test data of chemical titration,and batch test reduce the impact of manual operation error.
