摘　　要：分析卷烟卷制参数对烟支物理质量的影响,有利于提高卷烟卷制过程质量稳定控制。采用多元线性回归分析等方法考察了卷烟卷制参数与卷烟物理指标间的影响关系,并构建卷烟物理质量综合评价指数预测模型。结果表明,卷烟机梗导向板高度、抛丝辊间隙和针辊转速适宜的参数范围依次为61~67 mm、0.25~0.45 mm、950~1200 r/min。构建的卷烟物理质量综合评价指数预测模型可为优化卷烟机参数和卷烟卷制质量评价提供理论参考。Analyzing the impact of changes in cigarette rolling parameters on the physical quality of cigarettes is beneficial for improving the quality and stable control of production levels during the cigarette rolling process.This article uses multiple linear regression analysis and other methods to investigate the relationship between cigarette making parameters and cigarette physical indicators,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation index prediction model for cigarette physical quality.The research results indicate that the suitable parameter ranges for the height of the cigarette machine stem guide plate,the gap between the wire throwing roller,and the needle roller speed are 61-67 mm,0.25-0.45 mm,and 950-1200 rpm,respectively.The constructed prediction model for the comprehensive evaluation index of cigarette physical quality can provide theoretical reference for optimizing cigarette machine parameters and evaluating cigarette quality.
