摘 要:油液监测在设备润滑状态监测中有着重要作用。以某炼厂汽轮机为例,通过监测润滑油的理化指标和磨损颗粒,分析判断设备的磨损状态、油液的污染状态及润滑状态,能及时发现并消除设备的润滑隐患,避免润滑不良造成的异常磨损,降低设备的维修费用;也可延长设备的换油周期,优化设备运行性能,提高安全系数。进行油液监测分析,可以监测油液状态,分析油液的变化趋势。Oil monitoring plays an important role in equipment lubrication condition monitoring.Taking the steam turbine of a refinery as an example,through monitoring the physical and chemical indicators and wear particles of lubricating oil,analyzing and judging the wear status of equipment,the pollution status of oil and the lubrication status,it can timely find and eliminate the lubrication hidden danger of equipment,avoid abnormal wear caused by poor lubrication,and reduce the maintenance cost of equipment.It can also extend the oil change period of the equipment,optimize the operation performance of the equipment,and improve the safety factor.Oil monitoring and analysis can monitor the oil state and analyze the change trend of oil.
