兰州市城关区土地开发建设适宜性评价指标体系的初步确立

摘　　要：为进一步解决城市建设用地合理开发和工程建设的决策需求,文章以兰州市城关区为例,选取自然生态适宜度、经济社会适宜度2个维度6个指标因子:地形坡度、海拔高程、河流缓冲区、土地利用、道路缓冲区、主城区因子作为土地开发建设适宜性评价指标体系,并确定其分级标准,为正确评价该区土地开发建设适宜性综合评价研究提供数据支撑。In order to further solve the decision-making needs of rational development of urban construction land and engineering construction,taking Chengguan District of Lanzhou City as an example,this paper selects 6 index factors from 2 dimensions of natural ecological suitability and economic and social suitability:terrain gradient,sea-level elevation,river buffer zone,land use,road buffer zone and main urban area are selected as the index system of land development and construction suitability evaluation,the classification criteria are determined to provide data support for the correct evaluation of comprehensive evaluation research of the suitability of land development and construction in the region.
