国内智慧图书馆知识服务发展现状分析

摘　　要：在知识经济和信息革命的双重冲击下,“智慧”理念在图书馆服务中不断渗入,图书馆知识服务逐渐向智慧化、数字化转型。该文以中国知网期刊库为数据来源,以智慧图书馆知识服务为研究主题,利用SATI3.2工具对国内智慧图书馆知识服务相关研究的发文量、高产期刊、研究领域、地缘分布等维度进行定量分析,利用Ucinet6、NetDraw和SPSS软件对合著作者和高频关键词进行可视化分析,并梳理了国内智慧图书馆知识服务的合作情况、研究热点和发展趋势,提出加强新兴信息技术应用力度、完善智慧馆员培养机制、促进跨区域学科交叉融合等建议,为图书馆智慧服务相关学术研究和业务工作提供参考。Under the dual impact of the knowledge economy and the information revolution,the concept of"wisdom"is constantly infiltrating into library services,and library knowledge services are gradually transitioning towards intelligence and digitization.This article takes the journal database of CNKI as the data source,and takes the knowledge services of smart libraries as the research topic.Using the SATI3.2 tool,it quantitatively analyzes the dimensions of domestic research related to knowledge services of smart libraries,such as the number of publications,high-yield journals,research fields,and geographical distribution.Using Ucinet6,NetDraw,and SPSS software,it visually analyzes co authors and high-frequency keywords.It also combed the cooperation,research hotspots,and development trends of knowledge services in domestic smart libraries,and proposed suggestions to strengthen the application of emerging information technology,improve the training mechanism for smart librarians,and promote cross regional and interdisciplinary integration,providing reference for academic research and business work related to library smart services.
