摘　　要：流通服务是图书馆读者服务工作的重要窗口,深入对流通服务建设的探讨有利于图书馆整体服务水平的提升和读者对图书馆满意度的提高。文章从人员、资源、管理、服务4个方面分析传统图书馆流通服务的不足,阐述新技术驱动图书馆流通服务建设的必要性。接着对新技术,即人工智能、大数据、RFID技术、虚拟现实技术、区块链技术5大核心技术在图书馆中的应用优势,从资源、设施和服务3个方面构建出智慧化流通服务模式,并提出了转变思维观念、打破技术壁垒、加强网络管理和提高馆员素养4个方面的建设策略,以期为图书馆流通服务智慧化建设提供一些参考和思路。Circulation service is an important window for library reader service work.Deeply exploring the construction of circulation service is conducive to improving the overall service level of the library and improving readers'satisfaction with the library.This article analyzes the shortcomings of traditional library circulation services from four aspects:personnel,resources,management,and services,and expounds the necessity of new technology driving the construction of library circulation services.Then,based on the application advantages of new technologies,namely artificial intelligence,big data,RFID technology,virtual reality technology,and blockchain technology,in libraries,an intelligent circulation service model is constructed from three aspects of resources,facilities,and services,and four construction strategies are proposed to transform thinking concepts,break technical barriers,strengthen network management,and improve librarians'literacy,with a view to providing some references and ideas for the intelligent construction of library circulation services.
