摘　　要：黄河是中华文明的摇篮,黄河文化是中华文化的精神内核。新形势下,应推进黄河文化遗产的系统保护,深入挖掘黄河文化蕴含的时代价值,赋予黄河文化新的时代精神,讲好“黄河故事”,坚定文化自信,实现中华文化繁荣兴盛的同时推进黄河文化“走出去”,使更多的人了解黄河文化,了解中华文化。该文对陕西黄河文化的构成进行研究,分析陕西黄河文化资源保护传承现状及陕西黄河文化资源传播的意义,并以此为基础提出陕西黄河文化的传播路径,旨在进一步推进黄河文化的保护、传承与发扬,助力社会主义文明建设。The Yellow River is the cradle of Chinese civilization,and its culture is the spiritual core of Chinese culture.Under the new situation,it is necessary to promote the systematic protection of the Yellow River cultural heritage,deeply explore the era value contained in the Yellow River culture,endow the Yellow River culture with a new era spirit,tell the"Yellow River story"well,strengthen cultural confidence,achieve the prosperity of Chinese culture,and promote the"going out"of the Yellow River culture,so that more people can understand the Yellow River culture and understand Chinese culture.This article studies the composition of the Yellow River culture in Shaanxi,analyzes the current situation of the protection and inheritance of the Yellow River cultural resources in Shaanxi,and the significance of the dissemination of the Yellow River cultural resources in Shaanxi.Based on this,it proposes the dissemination path of the Yellow River culture in Shaanxi,aiming to further promote the protection,inheritance,and development of the Yellow River culture,and assist in the construction of socialist civilization.
