摘  要:山茱萸为我国传统大宗中药材,其性味酸、涩、微温。主要分布在河南、浙江等地。山茱萸中可提取百余种化学成分,包括挥发性成分、苷类及鞣质类、有机酸类、黄酮类及衍生化合物。除此之外,还含有少量氨基酸、维生素、矿物质等。中医认为山茱萸具有补益肝肾、收涩固脱的药用价值。现代医学研究表明山茱萸因具有丰富的生物活性成分,能够发挥调节免疫、抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗氧化、保肝等重要作用。Cornus officinalis is a traditional Chinese herb with a sour,astringent and slightly warm taste.It is mainly distributed in Henan,Zhejiang and other places.More than one hundred compounds can be extracted from Cornus officinalis,which are usually classified into triterpenoids,cyclic enol ether terpene glycosides,organic acids,tannins,flavonoids and derived compounds.In addition,volatile oils,sugars,amino acids,vitamins,and minerals have been reported.In Chinese medicine,Cornus officinalis is considered to have the medicinal value of tonifying the liver and kidneys,collecting astringency and fixing thirst,and is effective in treating dizziness and tinnitus,soreness of the waist and knees,heart shaking pulse dispersion,sweating and deficiency,and internal heat and thirst.Modern medical research shows that Cornus officinalis has antibacterial,immune regulation,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,antioxidant,anti-aging,hepatoprotective and other important medicinal values.
