摘　　要：制备了T820/替莫唑胺(TMZ)胶束,考察此胶束的体外释放度。将IR820与TPGS共价连接,形成化合物T820,利用透析法制备T820空白胶束和T820/TMZ胶束,并对化合物T820与胶束进行表征。以替莫唑胺代谢物(MTIC)为指标,以pH7.4的磷酸盐缓冲液做释放介质,采用紫外法对其体外释放度进行考察。结果表明T820/TMZ胶束32h累计释放量达69%,T820/TMZ制得胶束具有一定缓释效果。T820/temozolomide(TMZ)micelles were prepared and the in vitro release of this micelle was investigated.IR820 was covalently linked with TPGS to form compound T820.T820 blank micelles and T820/TMZ micelles were prepared by dialysis method,compound T820 and micelles were characterized.Temozolomide metabolite(MTIC)in vitro release was investigated by UV method at pH 7.4 phosphate buffer release medium.The results showed that the cumulative release of T820/TMZ micelles in 32 h was 69%,and the micelles prepared by T820/TMZ had a certain sustained-release effect.
