摘  要:采用色谱柱Aglient Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。建立五神汤HPLC指纹图谱(相似度>0.960)。结合化学模式识别法对结果进行分析。以绿原酸为参照峰,共标定了19个共有峰,并指认出其中8个色谱峰。聚类分析将结果聚为4类,主成分分析和偏最小二乘判别分析坏筛选出了9个引起批次间差异的成分。本文所建立的五神汤指纹图谱方法简单、灵敏,可用于五神汤的质量控制及评价。Aglient Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)was used for gradients elution with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase.Working conditions were as follows:the column temperature was 30℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the injection volume was 10μL.The quality of Wushen Decoction was carried out by the similarity evaluation system(similarity degrees>0.90).The results were analyzed by chemical pattern recognition.Based on chlorogenic acid,a total of 19 common peaks were demarcated,and 8 chromatographic peaks were identified.The results were grouped into 4 groups by HCA.PCA and PLS-DA failed to screen out 9 components that caused the difference between batches.The method of Wushen Decoction HPLC fingerprint was sensitivity and specificity,which can be used for the quality control of Wushen Decoction.
