摘 要:褐煤作为低阶煤其清洁利用已成为煤化工领域研究的热点。微波具有选择性加热、加热速率快等优点。采用微波对褐煤进行热解,可以得到高附加值、高热值的产品,而通过气体添加剂的使用,有可能改变热解产物的分布。因此,本论文以氨气(NH_(3))作为气体添加剂,在微波热解反应装置上进行褐煤热解实验,探究氨气在不同条件下对褐煤微波热解特性的影响及其热解机理。实验结果表明,NH_3能够抑制焦油中脂肪烃与含氧化合物的含量,可以使焦油中芳香烃的含量由6.52%上升至24.53%,使焦油总产率提高2.48%。NH_(3)也可以提高热解气体中CH_(4)、CO的含量,抑制CO_(2)的含量,还可以促进褐煤半焦中气孔的生成。The clean utilization of lignite as a low-rank coal has become a research hotspot in the field of coal chemical industry.Microwave has the advantages of selective heating and fast heating rate.Using microwaves to pyrolyze lignite can obtain products with high added value and high calorific value,and through the use of gas additives,it is possible to change the distribution of pyrolysis products.Therefore,in this paper,ammonia gas(NH_(3))was used as gas additive to conduct lignite pyrolysis experiments on a microwave pyrolysis reaction device to explore the effect of ammonia gas on the microwave pyrolysis characteristics of lignite under different conditions and its pyrolysis mechanism.The experimental results show that NH3 can inhibit the content of aliphatic hydrocarbons and oxygenated compounds in tar,increasing the content of aromatic hydrocarbons in tar from 6.52%to 24.53%,and the total tar yield can be increased by 2.48%.NH_(3) can also inhibit the content of CH_(4) and CO in pyrolysis gas,inhibit the content of CO_(2),and can also promote lignite semi-coke.Generation of mesopores.
