摘 要:氟制冷剂1,1,1-三氟乙烷(HFC-143a)生产过程中,由于工艺特点产生低浓度氢氟酸废水。该废水常带有颜色及沉淀,不能直接进入下一工序而影响生产。本文从反应机理和水样检测分析两方面进行探究,结果表明:副反应和化学腐蚀产生的氢氧化铁和二氧化硅沉淀是主要原因;HFC-143a的生产过程中不应忽视水洗塔中存在的腐蚀问题。Hydrofluoric acid waste water with low concentration will be produced during the process of fluorine refrigerants such as 1,1,1-tri-fluoroethane(HFC-143a).The waste water often has color and sediments,and cannot directly used in the next process.Both the reaction mechanism of HFC-143a was studied and the waste water was analyzed in order to solve this problem in this paper.In a conclusion,the results showed that colored substances and precipitates may be due to the materials of ferric hydroxide and silicon dioxide produced by the side reaction and the chemical corrosion in the scrubber tower,and the corrosion in the tower should not be ignored during the production of HFC-143a.
