岩溶峰丛洼地区耕地及林区土壤微塑料污染调查

摘  要:为调查岩溶区土壤微塑料的污染情况,本文以广西平果县龙何屯岩溶洼地作为研究区域,在耕地区、林区布设15个样品采集点,通过对土壤和水体样品进行采集、处理与鉴定,得出各采样点微塑料污染物的数量和粒径信息。结果表明:(1)研究区微塑料污染普遍存在,耕地区土壤微塑料平均丰度在(4.88±0.35)个/g~(2.7±0.35)个/g之间,林区土壤微塑料平均丰度在(8.12±1.99)个/g~(2.42±0.31)个/g之内。(2)受人为活动影响,研究区东、西两洼地的污染情况存在差异。西部洼地的耕地因农业活动的开展,土壤微塑料污染较为严重,东部洼地林区受人工放牧影响,土壤微塑料含量相对较高。(3)土壤微塑料浓度随土壤深度发生变化。近53%的土壤采样点的微塑料数量随深度增加而减少,剩余47%的土壤采样点受人为活动干扰呈相反态势。(4)耕地区和林区土壤微塑料尺寸偏小,以20~100μm粒径范围的微塑料为主,分别占区域微塑料总数的92%和90.87%。In order to investigate the soil micro-plastic pollution in karst areas,this paper takes the karst depression of Longhe Village,Pingguo County,Guangxi Province as the research object,and sets up 15 sample collection points in farmland and forest areas.Through the collection,treatment and identification of soil and water samples,the quantity,size and material information of microplastics can be obtained.The results showed that:(1)Microplastic pollution was widespread in the study area.The average concentration of microplastic in farmland soil was(4.88±0.35)pieces/g~(2.7±0.35)pieces/g,and the average concentration of microplastic in forest soil was(8.12±1.99)pieces/g~(2.42±0.31)pieces/g.(2)Affected by human activities,the pollution situation of the two basins in the east and west of the study area is different.(3)The farmland soil in the western basin is seriously polluted by microplastics due to agricultural activities.The forest soil in the eastern basin is affected by artificial grazing,and the content of microplastics in the soil is high.(4)The size of microplastics in the soil of farmland and forest areas is small,most of which are in the range of 20~100μm,and account for 92%and 90.87%of the total particle number in their respective areas.
