摘　　要：目的:对名古方“清瘟败毒饮”颗粒剂处方制备工艺进行研究,为实际生产提供参考。方法:实验选取样品颗粒剂的性状、成型性、休止角、吸湿性、溶化性等指标,建立量化评分标准,依次考察乙醇浓度、辅料种类、辅料用量的最佳水平。结果:采用自制浸膏为原料药,以93%乙醇为润湿剂,乳糖为赋形剂(用量为处方总量的30%)制成的清瘟败毒颗粒剂,其各项理化指标均符合中国药典要求。结论:本研究筛选出的制剂工艺合理,重现性好;所制颗粒剂质量稳定,可为实际生产提供参考。Objective:To develop Traditional Chinese Medicine“Qingwen Baidu decoction”into granules.Method:The granule characteristic indexes including formability,density,angle of repose,solubility and hygroscopic property were scored to optimize the pharmaceutical excipients in formulation.Results:The experiments showed the following granule preparation technique reasonable:Qingwen Baidu extractum as the active pharmaceutical ingredient(API),93%ethanol as adhesive agent,lactose(30%of total formulation weight)as the excipient.The prepared granule products meet the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:The presented formulation is properly-design and the preparation of granule is reproducible,which could be referential to Qingwen baidu granule industrial process.
