摘  要:针对海上油田Y型电泵分采管柱配套常规Y型接头在高黏稠油开采或大井斜等油井无法进行钢丝投捞堵塞作业导致不能进行有效开采或测试的难题,研制一套适合海上油田的液控Y型接头。此Y型接头无须进行钢丝作业投捞堵塞器,通过液压控制钢丝测试通道开启和关闭,能对生产管柱和阀板整体进行验封,具备平衡管柱压力功能,地面试验结果表明,研制的液控Y型接头可利用液压控制阀板来实现密封。同时在管柱上设计与常规Y型接头适配的工作筒,可在液控Y型接头失效后继续实现测试通道关闭,保证油井正常生产,可用于高黏稠油或大井斜等钢丝作业受限油井的Y型电泵分采工艺。In order to solve the problem that the conventional Y-type joint of Y-type electric pump separated production string can not be effectively produced or tested in high viscous oil production or large deviated wells due to the failure of steel wire bailing and plugging operation,a set of hydraulically controlled Y-type connectors suitable for offshore oil fields has been developed.The Y-type joint does not need to carry out the steel wire operation to drop and fish the plug,through the hydraulic control steel wire test channel to open and close,can carry on the seal to the production pipe string and the valve plate as a whole,has the balance pipe string pressure function,the ground test results show that the hydraulic control Y-joint can be sealed by hydraulic control valve plate.At the same time,the working cylinder which is suitable for the conventional Y-type joint is designed on the string,which can keep the test channel closed after the failure of the hydraulic control Y-type joint,and ensure the normal production of the oil well,it can be used in Y-type electric pump separate production technology of high viscous oil or steel wire restricted oil wells with large deviation.
