儿童牙膏防腐效能评价及对口腔微生物的影响

摘　　要：为了解市售儿童牙膏防腐效能及儿童牙膏对口腔微生物的影响,参照ISO 11930:2019《化妆品微生物学及防腐性能评价》进行防腐挑战试验,同时评估儿童牙膏对唾液链球菌生长的影响。经检测,20批儿童牙膏防腐挑战试验通过率为90%,2批未通过;儿童牙膏与唾液链球菌混合3 min后,有13批儿童牙膏检测不到唾液链球菌。结果表明,市售儿童牙膏的防腐效能总体较强,微生物污染风险较小;但部分儿童牙膏对唾液链球菌具有较强的抑制作用,会影响口腔微生态平衡,存在一定的使用安全风险。In order to understand the preservative efficacy of commercially available children’s toothpaste and the effect of children’s toothpaste on oral microorganisms,a preservative challenge test was conducted with reference to ISO 11930:2019 Evaluation of the antimicrobial protection of a cosmetic product,and the effect of children’s toothpaste on the growth of Streptococcus salivarius was also evaluated.After testing,20 batches of children’s toothpaste were tested for preservative challenge test,with a pass rate of 90%and 2 batches failing;Streptococcus salivarius was not detected in 13 batches of children’s toothpaste after mixing with Streptococcus salivarius for 3 min.The results showed that the preservative efficacy of the commercially available children’s toothpaste was generally strong,and the risk of microbial contamination was low;but some children’s toothpaste had a strong inhibitory effect on Streptococcus salivarius,which would affect the micro-ecological balance of the oral cavity and pose a certain safety risk for use.
