摘 要:建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定儿童牙膏中的15种无机元素含量。微波消解法处理样品,用ICP-MS法对样品进行测定,对前处理方法和仪器参数条件进行优化,通过在线添加内标和碰撞反应池技术对干扰进行校正,并将方法用于17批市售儿童牙膏中15种无机元素含量的测定。结果表明在一定浓度范围内,所测元素的线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.9974,检出限低,精密度为1.4%~3.0%(n=6),低、中、高3个浓度水平的加标回收率范围为86.4%~118.1%。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、可靠性强,适用于儿童牙膏中多种无机元素的检测。A method for the simultaneous determination of 15 inorganic elements in children’s toothpaste by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.The samples were treated by microwave digestion,and then determined by ICP-MS.The pretreatment method and the instrument parameters were optimized,the interference was corrected by on-line addition of internal standard and collision reaction pool technology,and the method was applied to the determination of 15 inorganic elements in 17 batches of commercially available children’s toothpaste.Results showed that in a certain concentration range,the linear relationship of the tested elements was good with the correlation coefficient r≥0.9974,the detection limit was low,the precision was 1.4%~3.0%(n=6)and the recovery rate of standard addition was in the range of 86.4%~118.1%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity and high reliability,and is suitable for the determination of various inorganic elements in children’s toothpaste.
