摘 要:建立了一种电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定化妆品原料羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇中硼酸盐残留量的方法。采用硝酸-过氧化氢-微波消解法进行样品消解,ICP-OES法测定,标准曲线法定量。结果显示,在0.5~20.0μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9995,回收率在98.3%~100.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.7%~2.9%,硼酸盐的检出浓度、定量浓度(以硼酸计)分别为0.6、1.8 mg/kg,重复性检测结果的RSD为1.4%(n=6)。该方法操作简单,重复性良好,结果准确,适用于化妆品原料羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇中硼酸盐残留量的测定。A method for determination of borate in cosmetics raw material hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol was established by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectra(ICP-OES).Nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide were used as digesting solution,samples were digested by microwave dissolver,detected by ICP-OES,and quantified with the standard curve.The calibration curve had good linearity within 0.5-20μg·mL^(-1) for boron and the correlation coefficient was 0.9995.The recoveries of boron were 98.3%-100.6%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)were 1.7%-2.9%.The limit of detection and the limit of quantitation were 0.6 mg/kg and 1.8 mg/kg for boron(calculated as boric acid),respectively.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the repeatability result was 1.4%(n=6).The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for determination of residue of borate in cosmetics raw material hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol.
