当归复方提取物4种活性成分的含量测定及其洗发液制备

摘　　要：为研究临床经验方当归复方的提取物中的活性成分,制备了当归复方洗发液,并建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对当归复方中的4种成分进行质量比含量测定,分别为芦丁372.1649μg/g、槲皮苷953.1612μg/g、萹蓄苷160.8286μg/g、槲皮素631.6464μg/g。对制备的当归复方洗发液外观、色泽、香气、pH值、耐热性、耐寒性、泡沫、总固体、絮凝效果、作用于发束的梳理性和单根头发丝拉伸强度分别进行了观察和测试。结果显示制得的当归复方洗发液符合国家标准,且有一定的护理和强韧发丝的作用。To study the active ingredients in the extract of compound Angelica sinensis and prepare the Chinese herbal shampoo,the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed for its content determination of 4 components.Results were rutin 372.1649μg/g,quercetin 953.1612μg/g,anthocyanin 160.8286μg/g,and quercetin 631.6464μg/g,respectively.The appearance,color,aroma,pH,heat resistance,cold resistance,foam,total solids and the flocculation effect of the prepared compound Angelica sinensis shampoo were tested,as well as the combing property of the hair strands and the tensile strength of the single hair filament.The shampoo conforms to the national standard,and it has a certain effect of conditioning and strengthening hair strands.
