摘　　要：为了研究自制的甘草次酸醇质体(编号:WL-GA0318)的体外经皮渗透能力及其制备的产品在舒缓修护方面的功效,采用Franz扩散池法进行WL-GA0318体外透皮试验的测试,并利用高效液相色谱测定甘草次酸含量。通过面部成像测试仪对其产品使用前后的功效进行评价。结果表明WL-GA0318在真皮层的驻留量为6.196μg/cm2,为对照组的12.10倍。同时,受试者在使用其产品7天后,脸颊红区面积降低9.71%,红斑指数降低11.91%,经皮水分流失量降低16.82%。综上,WL-GA0318可显著提高甘草次酸的经皮渗透能力,在真皮层中驻留量最高,其制备的产品具有显著的舒缓修护效果。In order to study the in vitro percutaneous permeability of self-made glycyrrhetinic acid ethosomes(No.WL-GA0318)and the efficacy of its products in soothing and repairing,the in vitro penetration test of WL-GA0318 was carried out by Franz diffusion cell method,and the content of glycyrrhetinic acid was determined by HPLC.The before-and after-use efficacies of the prepared product were evaluated by the facial imaging tester.The results showed that the retention of WL-GA0318 in the dermis was 6.196μg/cm2,12.10 times of the control group.At the same time,7 d after using the product prepared by WL-GA0318,the subjects’cheek red area decreased by 9.71%,the erythema index value decreased by 11.91%,and the loss of percutaneous water diversion decreased by 16.82%.So WL-GA0318 can significantly improve the percutaneous permeability of glycyrrhetinic acid,with the highest retention in the dermis.The product prepared by WL-GA0318 has significant soothing and repairing effects.
