螺杆马达复合动力切割在地浸钻孔施工中的应用——以巴音青格利矿床为例

摘  要:为提高埋深大、致密矿层的切割速度,以鄂尔多斯盆地北部巴音青格利矿床研究区的地浸采铀钻孔为对象,进行了常规切割工艺和螺杆马达复合动力切割工艺研究,获得了螺杆马达复合动力切割工艺在该研究区的应用参数。结果显示,螺杆马达复合动力切割工艺的切割速度较常规切割速度提升102.8%,切割质量满足地浸钻孔要求,应用前景广泛。针对现阶段切割效果,建议引入带扶正器的螺杆马达、设计新型切割刀具,同时配套建立相应施工流程,以进一步提高切割质量。In order to improve the cutting efficiency of deep and tight ore beds,the conventional cutting technology and screw motor composite cutting technology were studied by using the ISL wells in Bayinqinggeli deposit in the northern Ordos Basin,and the application parameters of screw motor composite cutting technology were obtained.The results show that the cutting speed of screw motor composite cutting technology is 102.8%higher than that of conventional cutting technology,and the cutting quality can meet the requirements of the ISL.The screw motor composite cutting technology has wide application prospect.According to the cutting effect in research area,it is suggested to introduce screw motor with centralizer,design a new cutting tool,and establish the corresponding casing cutting procedures to further improve the cutting quality.
