摘  要:针对松软砂岩型铀矿床在常规开采过程中存在巷道稳定性差、难以成型的问题,开展巷道开挖支护相似材料配比试验。以细砂、重晶石粉、膨润土、425普通硅酸盐水泥为原料,采用正交试验方法,获得了不同配比条件下相似材料的单轴抗压强度、密度、单轴抗拉强度等物理力学参数。研究表明,与矿岩物理力学参数接近的相似材料配比为:灰砂质量比为1∶8,m(重晶石粉)∶m(砂)为20%,m(膨润土)∶m(砂)为8%,细砂粒径-2.00 mm;得到的相似材料的关键指标(密度、单轴抗压强度和单轴抗拉强度)与矿岩比较接近,误差均在7%之内。相似材料配比试验结果能够满足相似模拟试验要求,研制的松软砂岩相似材料可为开展巷道开挖与支护相似模拟试验提供参考。Aiming at the problems of poor roadway stability and difficulty in forming in the conventional mining process of soft sandstone-type uranium deposit,the similar simulation test were carried out.The fine sand,the barite powder,the swelling soil and the 425 normal portland cement were selected as the raw materials.The similar material tests with different material ratios were carried out by the orthogonal experiment.Finally,the similar materials close to the physical and mechanical parameters of the ore rock were obtained.The similar material ratio is as follows:the mass ratio of lime to sand is 1∶8,the m(barite powder)∶m(sand)is 20%,the m(bentonite)∶m(sand)is 8%,and the particle size of fine sand is less than 2.00 mm.The key factors of similar materials such as the density,the compressive strength and the tensile strength are close to the ore rock.The error rates are controlled within 7%.The results of the similar material ratio can meet the requirements of the similar simulation test.The soft sandstone similar material obtained in this test can provide basic material for similar simulation test of the roadway excavation and support.
