摘 要:某矿床Ⅶ旋回适合采用低浓度硫酸浸出,矿石搅拌浸出试验表明快速酸耗随浸出剂酸浓度升高呈台阶型特征分布,酸耗台阶型特征与铀浸出率和矿物溶蚀的阶段变化相对应,高酸耗台阶可导致CaSO_(4)沉淀。酸耗台阶对应的酸浓度范围可指导矿床酸化阶段、正式浸出阶段的注液酸浓度选择,并防止矿层渗透性变差。通过现场试验进一步验证了该注液酸浓度范围的界定方法。The cycleⅦof a deposit is suitable for low sulfuric acid concentration leaching.The rapid acid consumption obtained from the ore agitation leaching test is characterized by step with the increase of acid concentration of leaching agent.The change of uranium leaching rate and mineral dissolution corresponds to acid consumption step characteristics.High acid consumption step can cause CaSO_(4) precipitate.The corresponding acid concentration of each acid consumption step respectively guides the selection of acid concentration of leaching agent for acidification stage,formal leaching stage,and prevent the lower permeability of ore bed.The method of definition the acid concentration range of the liquid injection was further verified by field test.
