摘  要:针对某铀矿废水处理工艺不完善、自动化水平低、工艺参数调试不稳定等问题,采用西门子1500系列PLC作为控制系统,控制过程包括自动配碱、自动配酸、石灰过碱中和、PID自动调节pH、废水自动排放等。自动调节pH采用分段增益方法,使得废水回调过程更快,抗干扰性更强。该控制系统以WinCC 7.4作为上位系统进行远程监控与控制,依靠先进的网络技术、自动化技术,实现了数据自动采集、在线监测报警、参数自动调节、执行机构自动控制等功能,实现了废水处理过程的无人值守,保证了铀矿废水处理工艺连续、安全、稳定运行。In view of the problems such as imperfect waste water treatment process,low automation level and unstable process parameter commissioning in a uranium mine,Siemens 1500 series PLC is used as the control system,the control process includes automatic alkali dispensing,acid dispensing,lime over alkali neutralization,PID automatic pH adjustment,automatic wastewater discharge and other functions.The pH callback adopts the segmented gain method,which makes the waste water callback process is faster and more anti-interference.WinCC 7.4 is used as the upper system for remote monitoring and control.The control system,relying on advanced network technology and automation technology,realizes the functions of automatic data collection,online monitoring alarm,automatic parameter adjustment,automatic control of the actuator,etc.,realizes unattended wastewater treatment process,and ensures continuous,safe and stable operation of uranium mine waste water treatment process.
