摘 要:针对国内某铀钼矿萃余液浊度和有机相含量高、影响返回利用问题,进行了絮凝预处理降浊及脱除其中有机相的试验研究。研究结果表明:使用阳离子絮凝剂C6140对萃余液进行预处理,在C6140用量2.0 g/m^(3)萃余液、搅拌转速60 r/min、搅拌时间10 s、搅拌后静置40 min条件下,可将萃余液浊度从1 500 NTU降低至0 NTU,有机相质量浓度从294 mg/L降低至44.8 mg/L。研究得到的工艺参数对萃余液浊度变化有较强的适应性,絮凝预处理工艺参数可应用于生产。Aiming at the problems of high turbidity and organic phase content in the uranium-molybdenum raffinate,which affect the return utilization,the experimental study on the removal of organic phase in the raffinate by flocculation pretreatment was carried out.The results show that the turbidity and organic phase contents in the raffinate can be reduced from 1500 NTU and 294 mg/L to 0 NTU and 44.8 mg/L respectively under the conditions that the dosage of C6140 is 2.0 g/m^(3) raffinate,stirring speed is 60 r/min,stirring time is 10 s,and static time is 40 min after stirring.The process parameters obtained from the study have strong adaptability to the change of turbidity of raffinate,and the flocculation pretreatment process parameters can be used in production.
