摘 要:针对铀尾矿库退役治理中的安全监测需求,以某铀尾矿库第一拦水坝为试点,通过在铀尾矿库坝体表面、铀尾矿库库区等关键点位部署北斗位移监测终端和各类传感器,实现对尾矿库的实时监测和表面形变趋势、坝体沉降趋势、库区水位变化趋势等的预测预警,提前预测坝体的稳定性,掌握坝体的安全情况。在智能监控和防范体系指导下开发的基于北斗系统(BDS)的综合监测平台,为该铀尾矿库退役治理提供了先进技术手段,变被动“监督”为主动“监控”。研究结果可为其他铀尾矿库的安全监测和智能防范提供参考。According to the requirements of safety monitoring in the decommissioning of uranium tailings pond,the first dam of a uranium tailings pond is taken as a pilot project.By deploying Beidou displacement monitoring terminals and various sensors at key points such as the surface of uranium tailings dam and the reservoir area,the real-time monitoring of the tailings pond and the prediction and early warning of the trend of surface deformation,the settlement trend of the dam and the variation trend of water level in the reservoir are realized,so as to predict the stability of the dam in advance and master the safety of the dam.Under the guidance of the intelligent monitoring and prevention system,a comprehensive monitoring platform is developed to provide advanced technical means for the decommissioning and management of the uranium tailings pond in the uranium industry,thus transforming passive“supervision”into active“monitoring”.The research results can provide reference for safety monitoring and intelligent prevention of other uranium tailings ponds.
