摘  要:常规桑树抗性育种最有效的方法是通过筛选抗逆性种质资源作为育种材料。为了筛选耐旱能力强的桑树育种材料,以17份桑树品种资源的种子供试,采用质量浓度为10.0 g/L的聚乙二醇模拟干旱胁迫,以清水为对照,首先检测同一干旱胁迫条件下不同桑树品种资源的种子萌发率等,测定萌发幼苗的根长、株高、叶片大小等生长量指标,以及萌发幼苗根和茎叶的质量、含水率、根冠比等质量指标,然后利用主成分分析法进行抗旱因子分析和供试桑品种资源的抗旱性综合评价。结果表明,测定的桑树种子萌发性状指标和萌发幼苗的质量指标、生长量指标可以反映其耐旱性能,且后者占比更大;根长、株高、根干质量、根冠比(以干质量计)4项指标与桑树种子萌发期的耐旱性鉴定结果相关性较强,可作为桑树耐旱性评价的性状指标。综合测试及分析结果认为,参试的17份桑树品种资源中有1份材料具有较强的耐旱性,有5份材料具有中等的耐旱性,另外11份材料的耐旱性较弱。The most effective method of conventional mulberry resistance breeding is that stress-resistant germplasm resources were screened as breeding materials.Seventeen Mulberry germplasm resources were used as materials to simulate drought stress with 10%of polyethylene glycol(PEG)and clean water(control).Under the same drought stress condition,the germination indexes such as seed germination rate,growth morphology indexes such as root length,plant height and leaf size of germinated seedlings,quality indexes such as root,stem and leaf mass,water content and root-shoot ratio of germinated seedlings were detected.The principal component analysis method was used to analyze drought resistance factors and comprehensively evaluate drought resistance of germplasm.The results showed that the identification of drought resistance of Mulberry germplasm resources in germination period should include seed germination index,quality index and growth index of germinated seedlings,and the latter accounted for more.Root length,plant height,dry weight of root and ratio of root to shoot(calculated by dry weight)have strong correlation with the identification results of drought resistance of Mulberry germplasm resources at germination period,and can be used as the selected indexes for drought resistance research of Mulberry varieties.According to the comprehensive appraisal,among the 17 germplasm resources tested,1 variety has strong drought resistance,5 varieties have moderate drought resistance,and 11 varieties have weak drought resistance.
