摘　　要：蚕种浴消使用的塑胶材质过滤篓因存在过滤孔分布不均,以及过滤管道管径内外不一致而透水性较差等缺陷,导致常常出现蚕卵溢出或蚕卵混杂的现象,不仅造成浪费,还使蚕种品质下降。为解决这一问题,研发了一种新型蚕种浴消过滤篓。这种新型浴消过滤篓采用内外双层设计,材质为不锈钢,内层网孔为0.4 mm的金属丝网,外层孔径为3 mm,孔间距为5 mm。新型过滤篓已在蚕种生产的浴消工序中试用,当含有蚕卵的各种固液混合物进入过滤篓后,不管是自来水还是盐水、弱酸溶液均可快速流出,留在过滤篓内的蚕卵等固体物质不会外溢,能有效避免蚕卵损失和蚕品种间的混杂。The plastic filtration basket traditionally used for sterile incubation of silkworm eggs suffers from overflow and mixture of silkworm eggs,due to the uneven distribution of filter holes and the poor water permeability,caused by the inconsistent of inner and outer diameters of filter pipes.Those defects would cause waste and reduced quality of silkworm eggs.In order to solve this problem,a new type of filtration basket for sterile incubation of silkworm eggs was developed in this work.The inner layer is a wire mesh with a hole diameter of 0.4 mm,and the outer layer has a hole diameter of 3 mm,with an inter-pore distance of 5 mm.The new filtration basket has been used in real production.When various solid-liquid mixtures containing silkworm eggs enter the filtration basket,the solution can flow out quickly,no matter it is tap water,salt water or weak acid solution.The silkworm eggs and any solid would be left in the filtration basket without overflow out.Therefore,the developed filtration basket can effectively avoid silkworm eggs loss and variety mixing.
