摘 要:选用3种纤维(聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维)对AC-13沥青混合料进行改性。通过半圆弯拉试验同步结合图像散斑技术,研究纤维沥青混合料抗裂性能。根据混合料预切缝处的速度、裂纹演化趋势以及应变,探寻纤维沥青混合料裂缝起裂、发展规律。结果表明:纤维的添加可以提高沥青混合料的柔性指数,延缓混合料峰值荷载拐点出现的时间,全场应变可以较为高效地反映纤维沥青混合料横向和竖向的裂纹发展规律。半圆弯拉试验力学指标(柔性指数)与图像散斑技术指标(第I阶段速度变化率和转折点1的时间)的线性相关系数R2均大于0.9。对于沥青混合料开裂阻滞作用,依次为玄武岩纤维优于玻璃纤维、聚酯纤维。Three kinds of fibers(polyester fiber,glass fiber and basalt fiber)were selected to modify the AC-13 asphalt mixture.The anti-cracking performance of fiber asphalt mixture was studied by the semi-circle bending test combined with image speckle technique.According to the velocity,crack evolution trend and strain at the pre-cut seam of the mixture,the crack initiation and development law of the fiber asphalt mixture were explored.The results show that the addition of fibers can improve the flexibility index of the asphalt mixture,delay the appearance of the peak load inflection point of the mixture,and the full-field strain can effectively reflect the lateral and vertical crack development laws of the fiber asphalt mixture.The linear correlation coefficient R 2 of the mechanical index(flexibility index)of the semicircular bending and tensile test and the technical index of image speckle(the rate of change of velocity in the first stage and the time of turning point 1)are all higher than 0.9.For the cracking retardation of asphalt mixture,the order of basalt fiber is better than that of glass fiber and polyester fiber,which provides a theoretical reference for the application of fiber asphalt mixture.
