摘 要:为了研究EC130沸石(含水矿物)对SBS改性沥青黏弹性的影响,考虑沸石脱水与含水2种状态,通过黏度试验和DSR试验,研究EC130脱水沸石和含水沸石对SBS改性沥青黏弹性的影响,剖析EC130沸石对SBS改性沥青黏弹性的影响因素。试验发现:添加EC130脱水沸石与添加EC130含水沸石均使沥青的黏度和复数模量增大,且随掺量的增加呈逐渐增大的趋势,但在同一掺量下,添加EC130含水沸石的沥青黏度和复数模量均小于添加EC130脱水沸石的,而相位角呈相反规律。较原样沥青,添加EC130脱水沸石的沥青复数模量主曲线出现增大;较添加EC130脱水沸石的沥青,添加EC130含水沸石的沥青复数模量主曲线出现减小,而相位角主曲线呈相反规律。结果表明:沸石中的矿物对沥青具有增黏增弹作用,而水分作用相反。To study the effect of EC130 zeolite(water-bearing minerals)on the viscoelasticity of SBS modified asphalt,two zeolite states,namely dehydrated zeolite and hydrous zeolite,were considered,the influence of EC130 dehydrated zeolite and EC130 hydrous zeolite on the viscoelasticity of SBS modified asphalt was studied by rotating viscosity test and DSR test,and the influencing factors of EC130 zeolite on the viscoelasticity of SBS modified asphalt were analyzed.It is found that the viscosity and complex modulus of asphalt increase with the addition of EC130 dehydrated zeolite and EC130 hydrous zeolite and increase gradually with the increase of dosage.However,at the same dosage,the viscosity and complex modulus of asphalt with EC130 hydrous zeolite are lower than those with EC130 dehydrated zeolite,and the phase angle is opposite to the complex modulus.Compared with the original asphalt,the curves of complex modulus master of asphalt with EC130 dehydrated zeolite increase;compared with the asphalt with EC130 dehydrated zeolite,the curves of complex modulus master of the asphalt with EC130 hydrous zeolite decrease.The phase angle master curves are opposite to that of complex modulus.The results show that the mineral in zeolite can increase the viscosity and elasticity of asphalt,while the water has the opposite effect.
