摘　　要：促进新型城镇化与乡村振兴同步发展,要实现农业劳动力的非农转移,增加非农转移就业人员的收入,合理缩短工时避免过劳,提升转移人员的人力资本积累率,提升社保覆盖率保障他们的城镇权益,做好乡村振兴工作的基建工作。In order to realize non-agricultural transformation of agricultural labor force in the process of synchronous development of new urbanization and rural revitalization,the income of non-agricultural transformation workers should be increased,working hours should be reasonably shortened,overwork should be avoided,human capital accumulation rate of non-agricultural transformation workers should be increased,social security coverage rate should be increased,urban rights and interests of transferred workers should be protected,and infrastructure work for rural revitalization should be done well.
