摘　　要：实际施工人属于建筑行业中的多数群体,对其权利的保护虽已取得一定进展,但仍需加强。构建实际施工人工程价款优先受偿权的制度应合理划定实际施工人优先受偿权的范围,有效保障实际施工人的合法权利。The actual builder belongs to the majority of groups in the construction industry.Although the protection of their rights has made some progress,it still needs to be strengthened.The system of the priority right of the actual project price should reasonably delimit the scope of the priority right of the actual builder,and effectively protect the legal rights of the actual builder.
