摘　　要：目的探讨I See椎间孔镜技术治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年4月~2021年5月本科收治的极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症患者22例,均使用I See椎间孔镜技术进行手术治疗,术后随访12个月,评价患者的手术情况和术后疗效。结果与术前相比,患者术后3 d、3个月和末次随访时的VAS评分、功能障碍RDQ评分均显著低于术前(P<0.05),JOA评分显著高于术前(P<0.05),差异均有统计学差异意义。采用MacNab标准评价疗效,优17例,良5例。结论I See椎间孔镜技术治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果显著,症状改善明显,且具有安全性高、创伤小、出血少、手术时间短等临床特点。Objective To explore the clinical effect of I See foraminal technique in the treatment of extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 22 patients with extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation who admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2021 were selected,and all patients were treated with I See foramenoscopy.The patients were followed up for 12 months to evaluate their surgical condition and postoperative efficacy.Results Compared with preoperation,the VAS score and dysfunction RDQ score of patients at postoperative 3 d,3 months,and last follow-up were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the JOA score was significantly higher than preoperation(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.The efficacy was evaluated by the MacNab standard,with excellent results in 17 cases,good results in 5 cases.Conclusion I See foraminal technique in the treatment of extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation has remarkable clinical effect,significant improvement of symptoms,and has clinical features such as high safety,less trauma,less bleeding,and short operation time.
