摘  要:为满足航空发动机钛合金锻件对安全性和可靠性的需求,以某型航空发动机第一级压气机盘TC25钛合金锻件为研究对象,对比分析了α+β锻件和准β锻件的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明:α+β锻件为双态组织,准β锻件为含初生α相的片层组织;α+β锻件在室温、高温下的抗拉强度和屈服强度较高,准β锻件的热稳定性较高。准β锻件较小的集束尺寸使其塑性较高。由于原材料的Al和O含量偏高,导致两种锻件的热稳定性偏低。两种锻件的持久寿命均满足要求。In order to meet the requirements for safety and reliability of titanium alloy forgings for aeroengines,in this paper,TC25 titanium alloy forgings of the first stage compressor disk of an aeroengine are taken as the research object,and the microstructures and mechanical properties ofα+βforgings and quasi-βforgings are compared and analyzed.The results show that theα+βforging has duplex microstructure,and the quasi-βforging has lamellar microstructure containing primary a phase;Theα+βforging has higher tensile strength and yield strength at room temperature and high temperature,and the quasi-R forging has higher thermal stability.The smaller cluster size of quasi-βforging leads to its letter plasticity.Due to the high Al and O content of raw materials,the thermal stability of the two forgings is low.The stress rupture life of the two forgings meets the requirements.
