摘  要:复杂异形塑件在成型过程中受温度场、压力场、材料特性和塑件几何特性的耦合影响常常导致产品发生翘曲或浇注不均等缺陷。以吸尘器外壳为例,分别对塑件几何特性、材料特性和温度场进行多维分析,通过合理控制温度场对浇口和冷却系统进行闭环优化设计。通过模流分析软件进行产品翘曲分析,以塑件控形为目标进行迭代优化,并对优化前后分析进行实验对比,进一步验证了设计的正确性,同时也为类似的异形塑件的注塑模具设计提供参考。The complex special-shaped plastic parts are often affected by the coupling of temperature field5 pressure field,material characteristics and geometric characteristics of the plastic parts during the forming process,which leads to warping or uneven pouring defects.In this paper,taking the vacuum cleaner shell as an example,the geometric characteristics?material characteristics and temperature field of the plastic parts are analyzed in multiple aspects,and the closed loop optimal design of the gate and cooling system is carried out by reasonably controlling the temperature field.Through the mold flow analysis software,the product warpage analysis and optimization were carried out,further iteration was implemented for shape and property control of plastic parts,and the analysis before and after the optimization was compared with experiments,which further verified the correctness of the design,and also provided a reference for the injection mold design of similar special-shaped plastic parts.
