摘  要:球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白(GRSP)是一种糖蛋白物质,对土壤有机碳固持和维持团聚体稳定性具有重要作用。目前,长期不同放牧强度对荒漠草原GRSP的影响尚不清晰。依托内蒙古短花针茅草原长期不同放牧强度野外实验平台,分析不同放牧强度对短花针茅草原土壤GRSP含量、有机碳含量和团聚体稳定性的影响及其相互关系,结果表明:总球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白(T-GRSP)含量在中度放牧(1.26 mg/g)和重度放牧(1.22 mg/g)下显著低于对照(1.44 mg/g),轻度放牧(1.41 mg/g)与对照无显著差异;易提取球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白(EE-GRSP)含量在重度放牧下显著低于其他处理(P<0.05);冗余分析表明,土壤容重(P=0.004)、硝态氮(P=0.03)和有效磷(P=0.044)是影响GRSP含量的主要因子;EE-GRSP和T-GRSP与土壤团聚体稳定性和土壤有机碳含量之间均存在显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。综合分析表明,轻度放牧更有利于荒漠草原土壤有机碳、团聚体稳定性和GRSP的维持。Glomalin-related soil protein(GRSP)is a glycoprotein that plays an important role in soil organic carbon sequestration and maintenance of soil aggregate stability.However,the effect of different grazing intensities on GRSP in desert grasslands over the long term remain unclear.Based on a long-term field experiment platform with different grazing intensities in a Stipa breviflora grassland in Inner Mongolia,we analyzed the effects of different grazing intensities on soil GRSP content,organic carbon content,and aggregate stability,as well as their mutual relationships.The results showed that the total GRSP(T-GRSP)content was significantly lower u nder moderate grazing(1.26 mg/g)and heavy grazing(1.22 mg/g)compared to the control(1.44 mg/g),while there was no significant difference between light grazing(1.41 mg/g)and the control.The content of easily extractable GRSP(EE-GRSP)was significantly lower under heavy grazing than under other treatments(P<0.05).Redundancy analysis indicated that soil bulk density(P=0.004),nitrate nitrogen(P=0.03),and available phosphorus(P=0.044)were the main factors affecting GRSP content.Both EE-GRSP and T-GRSP were significantly positively correlated with soil aggregate stability and soil organic carbon content(P<0.05).Overall,our analysis suggests that light grazing is the more conducive to maintaining soil organic carbon,aggregate stability,and GRSP in desert grassland.
