摘  要:为了便于制动系统设计,研究制动系统的制动特性及基于AMESim的商用车制动系统仿真模型搭建方法,用于计算分析制动系统特性;并与多目标优化软件联合,研究制动系统各结构特性参数的匹配优化,缩短制动响应时间。为分析整车制动性能,基于制动系统模型研究基于AMESim的整车制动仿真模型建立方法,用于分析车辆制动距离、减速度等性能。结果表明:仿真结果与实际规律相符,可通过该模型计算分析制动系统的响应特性。In order to facilitate the design of the braking system,the braking performance of the braking system and the simulation model building method of commercial vehicle braking system based on AMESim were studied,which was used to calculate and analyze the braking system characteristics.Combined with the multi-objective optimization software,the matching optimization of each structural characteristic parameter of the braking system was studied to shorten the braking response time.In order to analyze the braking performance of the vehicle,based on the braking system model,the establishment method of the vehicle braking simulation model based on AMESim was studied,which was used to analyze the braking distance,deceleration and other performance of the vehicle.The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the actual law,and the response characteristics of the braking system can be calculated and analyzed through the model.
