摘  要:引擎盖铰链和气撑杆的布置是整车开发和造型分析中的重要环节,直接影响引擎盖系统的性能表现和造型分缝线甚至是造型风格的调整。对于四连杆铰链系统而言,其转动瞬心、气撑杆动点位置以及引擎盖的操作力、全开保持力、重力平衡等都是系统设计的关键指标。鉴于此,建立了助力式四连杆铰链的几何模型和发动机盖操作力的力学模型;根据建立的模型运用几何解析方法寻找四连杆的转动瞬心、气撑杆动点等运动轨迹;结合力矩平衡方程和气撑杆的特性得出不同温度下发动机盖的操作开闭力曲线,并借助Excel VBA编程达到快速验证。The layout of hood hinge and gas strut is an important portion in vehicle development and styling analysis.It directly affects the performance of hood system,styling parting line and even styling style adjustment.For the four bar link hinges system,the instantaneous rotation center,gas strut movable fixing point position,hood operation force,stay open force and cross over height are the key factor of the system design.In view of this,the geometric model and hood operation force mechanics model of four bar link hinge were established.According to the established model,the geometric analytic method was used to find the instantaneous rotation center of the four bar link hinge,gas strut movable fixed with point,etc.Combined with the moment balance equation and the characteristics of the gas strut,the curve of the operating opening and closing force of the engine hood at different temperatures was obtained,which was quickly verified with the help of Excel VBA programming.
