摘 要:低温甲醇洗系统主要脱除原料气中的二氧化碳及硫化物,吸收了二氧化碳及硫化物的富碳和富硫甲醇分别通过减压解吸、氮气气提及加热再生的方式实现再生,再生甲醇通过贫甲醇泵提压后循环利用。因贫甲醇泵跳车,甲醇洗涤塔贫甲醇中断,导致了液氮洗分子筛吸附器穿透,造成低温液氮洗系统精制气通道堵塞,通过在线疏通,并对堵塞原因进行分析,提出了优化防范措施。Low temperature methanol washing system is mainly for removing carbon dioxide and sulfide from the feedstock gas.The methanol being rich in carbon and sulfur after absorbing carbon dioxide and sulfide is regenerated by depression desorption,nitrogen stripping and heating.The regenerated methanol is sent to recycle utilization via lean methanol boosting pump.In case of the trip of lean methanol pump,the supply to methanol scrubber was stopped,leading to the penetration damage of molecular sieve absorber in liquid nitrogen washing unit,and furthermore the block of refining gas pipe.Taking the online unclogging measure,and studying the blocking reason,the optimization and prevention measures were presented.
