摘　　要：针对硫回收装置大量积累块状硫磺问题,分析产生块状硫磺的原因,利用大检修对硫回收装置进行技术改造和优化措施,通过实际运行数据对比,块状硫磺产生现象消失,解决了硫回收系统的运行瓶颈。Aimed at the problem of large amount of block sulfur generated in sulfur recovery unit,we analyzed the reasons,conducted the technical reformation and optimization during the overhaul.The operation data after the reformation shows that the block sulfur disappeared,and the bottleneck in the system was removed.
