摘　　要：介绍合成氨装置高压蒸汽系统转化气废热锅炉的爆管原因、爆管时工艺参数的变化情况;探讨爆管后装置安全停运过程中为保护设备所采取的工艺控制措施,以及消除转化气废热锅炉列管漏点、恢复生产时的工艺控制过程。This paper introduced the tube rupture accident of converter gas waste heat boiler in high pressure steam system in a synthetic ammonia plant,described the change of process parameters at the time of tube rupture,discussed the process control measures for protecting the equipment after the shutdown caused by tube rupture,and how to eliminate the leakage point and restore the production.
