摘　　要：介绍水煤浆制氢装置高压煤浆泵转速流量与测量流量偏差,以及隔膜破损的成因,并结合历史检修情况,简述高压煤浆泵检维修策略方案及经验做法,为降低高压煤浆泵的故障率提供参考。This paper introduced the deviation of velocity flow and measured flow in a feluwa high pressure coal slurry pump in a coal slurry gasification plant for hydrogen production,and analyzed the causes of diaphragm damage.The policy and the practical approach for pump maintenance were briefly described combined with historical data,which will provide a reference for reducing the failure rate of high-pressure coal slurry pumps.
