摘  要:为了揭示叶片安装角偏差对压气机性能的影响,基于非嵌入式混沌多项式法结合数值模拟,以NASA Rotor37为研究对象,进行了叶片安装角偏差的不确定性量化分析。在峰值效率工况和近失速工况下,进行气动性能统计分析,获得了不同输出参数的均值、标准差和概率分布,探讨各性能参数与安装角偏差间的相关程度并进行流场分析,深入研究安装角偏差波动对内部流场规律的影响。结果表明:安装角偏差对气动性能的影响程度与所处工况有关,近失速工况下,绝热效率受安装角偏差影响的敏感性更大,绝热效率的相对波动幅度相比较峰值效率工况增加了22.95%;总压比与安装角偏差呈较强线性负相关,绝热效率与安装角偏差呈较强线性正相关;不同工况下流场敏感区域有所不同,峰值效率工况下,激波及波后叶尖间隙泄漏流动轨迹受误差不确定性的影响程度较大;近失速工况下,波后间隙泄漏涡破碎区域和吸力面分离流动对安装角不确定性较为敏感;流场中不同区域的损失受安装角偏差影响程度不同,其中尾缘处的损失对安装角偏差的不确定性最为敏感。In order to reveal the influence of the blade stagger angle deviation on the performance of the compressor,based on the non-intrusive polynomial chaos method and numerical simulation,NASA Rotor37 was chosen as a research object to study the influence of the uncertainty of blade stagger angle deviation.Statistical analyses of aerodynamic performance were carried out under peak efficiency and near stall conditions,respectively.Monte Carlo method was used to generate samples,and the mean,standard deviation and probability distribution of different output parameters were obtained.The correlation analysis between performance parameters and stagger angle deviation was discussed.The influence of blade stagger angle deviation fluctuation on the internal flow field was studied in depth.The results show that the influence of the stagger angle deviation on the aerodynamic performance is related to the working conditions,and the adiabatic efficiency is more sensitive to the stagger angle deviation under the near-stall conditions.The relative fluctuation range of adiabatic efficiency under the near-stall conditions is increased by 22.95% compared with that under the peak efficiency condition.The total pressure ratio has a strong linear negative correlation with the stagger angle deviation,and the adiabatic efficiency has a strong linear positive correlation with the stagger angle deviation.The sensitive area of the flow field is different under different working conditions.Under the peak efficiency conditions,the shock wave and the tip clearance leakage flow track after shock wave are greatly affected by the uncertainty of stagger angle.Under the near-stall conditions,the tip leakage vortex breakup area and the separation flow on the suction surface are more sensitive to the uncertainty of the stagger angle.The loss in different regions of the flow field is affected by the stagger angle deviation,and the loss at the trailing edge is most sensitive to the uncertainty of the stagger angle deviation.
