摘 要:为了助力实现碳达峰、碳中和的目标,煤炭的清洁、高效和低碳利用技术,以超临界水煤气化技术为核心,提出了一种基于化学回热的超临界水煤气化联合循环发电系统,采用燃气轮机高温排烟为气化过程提供反应热,将气化反应与动力循环通过热化学过程相耦合。分析了新系统和参比系统的热力性能,揭示了新系统㶲损失减小的原因,研究了新系统的变工况特性。研究结果表明:新系统的净发电效率和㶲效率分别达到了53.37%、52.11%,较参比系统分别提升了6.24个百分点、6.09个百分点;在燃料转化过程,新系统的㶲损失减小了7.15MW,占总㶲输入的7.26%,是新系统性能提升的关键;当燃机轮机透平入口温度从1 000℃提升到1 700℃时,新系统的净发电效率和㶲效率不断增加,但其增加幅度均呈现出显著减小的趋势;燃气轮机的最佳压比不断提升,且其增速逐渐增加。所提新系统实现了燃料化学能和物理能的综合梯级利用,为煤的清洁、高效转化与利用提供了一种新的技术方案。To achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the technologies enabling clean,efficient and low-carbon usage of coal,a supercritical water coal gasification combined cycle power generation system based on thermochemical regeneration is proposed,in which the exhaust heat of gas turbine is used to provide reaction heat for the gasification process,and the gasification reaction and power cycle are integrated through thermochemical regeneration.The thermodynamic performance of the new system and the reference system was analyzed.The reason for the decrease of the exergy destruction of the new system was revealed.The off-design condition characteristics of the new system were studied.The results show that the net power generation efficiency and exergy efficiency of the new system reach 53.37% and 52.11%,respectively,which is 6.24 and 6.09 percentage points higher than that of the reference system,respectively.In the fuel conversion process,the exergy destruction of the new system reduces the 7.15 MW,accounting for 7.26% of the total exergy input,which is the key to improve the performance of the new system.In addition,when the turbine inlet temperature increases from 1000℃ to 1700℃,the net power generation efficiency and exergy efficiency of the new system also increase,but the increasing rate decreases.In this case,the optimal pressure ratio of gas turbine also gradually increases.The new system realizes the cascade utilization of chemical and physical energies,and provides a promising way for clean and efficient energy conversion and utilization of coal.
