摘 要:为探析空气在液氢中的溶解极限及氮氧分子的存在模式,采用正规溶液模型(SH模型)和改进的正规溶液模型(MSH模型)对空气在液氢中的溶解规律开展了理论预示。为解决溶解度参数在靠近临界温度附近取值不合理的问题,提出一种新型溶解度参数求解方法,实现了SH模型在18.0~32.5 K液氢温区空气溶解规律的准确预测。基于实验数据的对比修正,提出了适用于预测液氢中气体溶解规律的MSH模型。结果发现:氮气、氧气、二氧化碳、水在液氢中的溶解度分别为10^(-8)、10^(-12)、10^(-51)、10^(-89)摩尔分数量级,差异极大。空气在液氢中的溶解规律与存在模式随着空气量的增大而存在3种不同形态:完全溶解的氮、氧分子;氮气完全溶解而部分氧分子结晶析出;氮、氧均部分结晶析出,且固空颗粒中的氮氧比例逐渐接近空气中比例。研究应可为液氢系统的安全设计提供理论指导。To explore dissolution limit of air in liquid hydrogen and to understand possible existing modes of nitrogen and oxygen molecule,Scartchard-Hildebrand model(SH model)and modified Scartchard-Hildebrand model(MSH model)were utilized to conduct a theoretical analysis on the dissolution performance of air in liquid hydrogen.To solve the problem of the unreasonable solubility parameters near the critical temperature of solvent,a new formula for solving solubility parameters was proposed and the air solubility in liquid hydrogen in the temperature range of 18.0—32.5 K were accurately predicted.Based on the experimental data,an MSH model suitable for gas solubility prediction in liquid hydrogen was proposed.The results showed that the solubility of nitrogen,oxygen,carbon dioxide and water in liquid hydrogen were 10^(-8),10^(-12),10^(-51) and 10^(-89) mole fractions respectively,indicating great differences.The dissolution law and existence form of air in hydrogen is divided into three states as the air amount increases:completely dissolved nitrogen and oxygen;nitrogen solubility but oxygen partially solidification;partially solidification of nitrogen and oxygen with the ratio of nitrogen to oxygen in solid particles gradually approaching that in air.The results provide theoretical guidance for the safety design of liquid hydrogen system.
